Happy Sunday from Kotor, Montenegro! I am a little late in publishing this post but with different time zones, busy schedules and wifi in select places, it’s not surprising. It’s that time of the week when I look back at all that I’m grateful for from 25th August to 31st August 2019.
Having a day to myself in Zagreb to explore the city – I think I’ve fallen in love with the architecture and the lifestyle
Meeting my tour group on Sunday evening – a lovely bunch of people!
Visiting Lake Plitvice National Park. It was beyond beautiful!
Going to the blue and green caves
Exploring Dubrovnik and Split
Kayaking in the sea at sunset in Dubrovnik – we kayaked 8 kms- something I’ve never done!
Lots of laughs with the group
All the cats in Dubrovnik
Good food and beers all around
An upgrade to a hotel in Hvar where it was twin share as opposed to sharing with four or six others
Starting my new tour from Dubrovnik to Athens on Saturday evening – this group seems nice too albeit a different demographic to the last one
I’m not enjoying the humidity here and have fallen sick since yesterday but taking cold and flu tablets so hopefully this won’t linger too long! Apart from that, I’m excited about the next leg of the trip – Albania, Macedonia and Greece. I’ll write more detailed travel posts when I get home. You can continue to follow my travels on Instagram in the time being.
How was your week?
Until next time,
