Life

A bunch of my faves

Earlier today, I spent three hours in the emergency department getting tests done to rule out any heart or lung issues. That was fun. Not. In the end, despite the increase in chest pain and shortness of breath, it appears it could still be acid reflux {caused by stress} or gall stones. I’ve had to increase my medication and have to monitor my symptoms. But it got me thinking – I know the exact reason for my stress. I just didn’t know how much it was affecting me. Surprisingly, it’s not work that is stressful. Rather, it’s the stalker issue and more importantly, not being able to write freely as a result of that. It felt like something was missing from my life. Not being able to engage with you all felt like I’d cut out all these friends from my life suddenly. And you know what? That’s not okay. So screw any stalker. I’m going to blog and continue to engage with you all again. Because I need it for my health. And what better way to re-start than with the prompt by Denyse for Life this Week: ‘It’s my favourite’

Sanch, I am equal parts pained at the stress you’ve been under and thrilled that you’re back to free-form blogging.

Yes! Screw the stalker. This is the Sanch I know and love and I absolutely adore your favourites list. And the perfect pictures to complement it too.
Stay well and get better soon. Hope it IS just reflux and nothing more. Will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you. Hugs!

Thanks Shy! I’ve missed writing my personal posts here. It’s not the same with just book reviews. And yes, fingers crossed it’s just acid reflux!

Oh yay! Glad you decided to get back to free and fearless blogging. I love your spirit Sanch and hope you always keep it up. I hope your health troubles melt away soon too.
Loved your list -Liane Moriarty is a favoutire. I love autumn too though it’s hardly there in India but I wait for the fall pictures from my friends. And then obviously orange becomes the favourite colour :-).

So great to see you back and love your favourites – what a great list! Indian food is one of my faves too which reminds me, I must have a crack at your mum’s recipes. Hope you feel better really soon – hope being able to blog freely relieves some of the stress.

Glad to see the blog liberated from password, Sanch! I’m so sorry that you are going through all these troubles. You are in my thoughts and I am sure everything will turn out good.
It’s nice to read your favorites. I like this kind of answering questions. It is equally fun and relaxing. And absolutely lovely photos!

Super happy to know that you are doing fine and that it was acid reflux only. So sorry that stress has been taking such a toll on you. Wish we could do more to help with the stalker issue. But you are right. To hell with them! We can’t stop living our lives and doing what gives us joy. I do really hope that everything is sorted out eventually. Happy to read your list. You know cricket used to be my favourite sport but not any more. I hardly watch it except World Cup. Take care and be well. Loved the pics! Sydney is gorgeous. Someday I want to visit.

Oh yes! so glad you are back… like your free-spirited self. I hope you feel better soon. And it’s nothing more than acid reflux, although that itself is quite painful at times. I fell in love with Autumn after coming here, else before that, I had only seen in pictures what it looks like. I have never done a Deadlift but it’s so cool that you do that and it’s your favorite. 🙂
    Take care.

Team Insta here too, Sanch. I have a confession too. I’ve never been on a proper hike in my adult life.

I missed the stalker post and only saw it now.. so sorry about that… this is a good list to write about especially in this time, chronicling everything that is positive for you. More people should do this, I feel.
