Weekly gratitude 2019 5/52

2019 weekly gratitude

Welcome to yet another Sunday everyone! It’s beautiful and sunny here today after a misty start to the morning. I went for my first outdoor run since returning from India – yeah, it’s been a while! It was good even though it was just 30 minutes. Anyway, without further ado, it’s time to get into reflective gratitude mode about the week from 27th January 2019 to 2nd February 2019.

Progfest on Sunday – oh my goodness it was amazing! It’s my first music festival and I loved most of the bands. The highlight were The Ocean {which surprised me}, Opus of a machine {even though I only caught one-and-a-half songs of theirs thanks to another band running late} and Chaos of a Divine

Chilled out public holiday Monday on the couch as I recovered from Progfest

Bloody busy work days but it meant I felt productive in the end

Couple of private practice clients to mix things up a bit

Starting a personal training program on Thursday and looking forward to seeing what it brings

Opus of a Machine personally replying to comment I made about me listening to their music on repeat on my Insta stories. To say I was stoked is an understatement

Friday night out with friends checking out a new brewery in the area and having some really good craft beers

Saturday lunch with friends in Sydney

Exploring a new bookstore in Sydney {and buying two books!}

Saturday night cricket – went to the Big Bash League with a couple of my friends and had a good time

Despite the busyness and the poor sleep, it was a good week. Once again, I didn’t exercise as much as I should have but I’m hoping to get back into it from today. The personal training and a program should help me be a bit more accountable and I’m aiming to sleep earlier from tonight too. It seems to be another busy and big week in store but I’m looking forward to it.

How about you? How was your week?

Do share!

    Loved reading how you spent your week, Sanch! Don’t rue about missing your fix of exercise, as I guess you got enough doing all the fun things you managed to do 🙂
    Wishing you another awesome week ahead!

    Looks like a lovely week gone by and a nicer one to look forward to, Sanchie! Hehe, I know how you felt about the artist replying. When Queen replied to my tweet I felt super-hey-hey! Isn’t it awesome when Monday is a holiday! I personally love Mondays but unexpected weekday holidays are always great! Wishing you a happy Feb!

    Lovely catch up of a well-balanced life I reckon. If the humidity just went away it would be more pleasant outside but hey, it’s February in Oz. That is what it does.
