Weekly Gratitude 2018 44/52

Happy Sunday evening, readers! Today’s gratitude post is coming to you slightly later than usual as I’ve had a busy Saturday and Sunday. But here I am, finally in front of the computer. It’s been a bit of a long week and as usual, despite the craziness, it has still had moments to be grateful for. So without further ado, here are things I’m grateful for from 28th October 2018 to 3rd November 2018.

Meeting Denyse for coffee on Sunday. It’s always nice to meet other bloggers and you never seem to run out of conversation because you kinda already know each other through the blogs

Yoga, dinner and catch up with my friend L on Sunday afternoon

Getting my hair done on Thursday; it was only a touch up of the colour but it was nice to feel pampered

Feeling humbled as a parent of my client told me that other clinicians from other services had all known me and spoken positively about me when I’d started working with their adolescent. I had to handover their child to another clinician this week and that was a bittersweet feeling

Friends continuing to check in on me

Seeing The Living End perform live at The Enmore Theatre on Friday night

Friday night drinks and dinner with a friend before and after the gig

Coastal hike on Saturday

Hitting the beach on a very warm Saturday

Birthday drinks for my friend K on Saturday night

It’s been a topsy-turvy kind of week but I’ve kept myself busy through this. It’s only another week and a bit before I wrap things up at work and head for a holiday.

How was your week?

Do share!

***Linking with Denyse for Life this week and Alicia for Open Slather***

Until next time,

I find your work fascinating, Sanch. I’ve had a very busy and enjoyable week. It was my birthday week after all. This one is very busy too because Diwali and everyone is falling sick with viral fever at home. ☹️

    Wish you a lovely week.

Nah, heading back to India to meet family and bloggers. Haven’t been back since 2011 so it’s going to be a bit of a culture shock!
