Weekly Gratitude 2018 35/52


Welcome to yet another Sunday gratitude post! This week has felt really long and I think that’s partly due to me feeling overwhelmed thanks to my oh-so-wonderful hormones. The point of this post is not to complain but rather, to look back at the week in gratitude despite the clouds. Here’s what I’m grateful for from 26th August 2018 to 1st September 2018.

Sunday afternoon naps on the couch

Dumpling night with the girls

Good work friends with whom you share laughter and tears

Blogging every day this week

Exercising every weekday – four days of strength-training and one day of yoga


Doggy licks and cuddles to make me feel so much better

Helping a friend move and excited she and her husband will now be only 3 minutes from my place

Wine and coffee – they both make everything better

Hitting the beach on the first day of spring – I didn’t get in the water {still too cold!} but it was nice for my body to see the sun after three months of being covered up

While it wasn’t a fantastic week, there was certainly a lot to be grateful for. The people and animals in my life make everything better. Along with coffee and wine too! šŸ˜€
