Weekly Gratitude 2018 31/52


Welcome to yet another Sunday, lovely readers! It’s been an interesting week – a bit draining and exhausting with not as much sleep as I would have liked. Yet, it’s not been without things to be happy about and grateful for. Here are some things I am truly grateful for from 29th July to 4th August 2018.

A lovely Sunday spent in the sunshine with a lovely walk, good coffee, food and talks

Some motivating news about my writing which is helping me continue to edit and rewrite my manuscript

A coffee shop that knows my order

Increasing my deadlift weights to 52.5 kgs and managing 15 reps (5x5x5) on Monday and 20 reps (6x6x8) on Thursday

Having the most supportive friends ever – honestly, I am so grateful for them all {both on the coast and in Sydney} for reaching out and looking out for me in tough times

Enjoying working with some of the clients in private practice and the public system – it’s the best part of what I do

Watching live music on Friday night

Having someone supportive in my life who also offers some really practical strategies for some problems and nuisances

Long drives on Saturday

Kitty cuddles and doggy licks

And that’s been my week. There have been a few stressful things at work and in life, but thanks to some lovely people in my life, it is manageable.

    That was a nice week, Sanch. Always good to have supportive friends and boyfriend. Your strength training gives me new goals for when I am totally back on my feet. Good going on the work front as well.
