Gratitude

Weekly Gratitude 2018 24/52

gratitude

Welcome to another Sunday! Hope you have been having a good one so far. Because it’s Sunday, it’s also time to reflect on things I’m grateful for from 10th June 2018 to 16th June 2018.

A relaxing Sunday spent at the beach, the couch and then the movies

Cooking together

Wonderful friends like NG and KP

A good supervision session with my supervisor

Mid-week catch up over dinner with a friend

Not sticking to plans and having a good time anyway

Reading some good poetry

Wintry sunshine

Sleep-ins till 7 am during the week

FaceTiming my sister

It’s not been an easy week for my anxiety but I’m trying to focus on all things to be grateful for. Because amidst the doom and gloom in my head, there are always silver linings.

How was your week?

Do share!

We’ve programmed ourselves to focus on the silver linings, haven’t we? 🙂 You know I’m a text away though, right 🙂

It us these silver linings that keep us going, don’t they? I’ve been battling anxiety from the past few months too and I know how tough it can be. Hugs, Sanch!

Please do reach out if you want someone else to talk too. I’m sure we’ll be able to help each other 🙂

I love your beach pictures… They do brighten up the day. Which poet did you read? I really want to read some good poetry but haven’t been able to do that for long. Wish you a great weekend ahead.
