Weekly Gratitude 2018 23/52

Happy weekend, everyone! Down here, we’re having a long weekend which means, I have tomorrow off as well. So good to have that extra day off! And yes, I’m saying that after only recently returning from a week off. It’s time now though, to look back on all things I’m grateful for from 3rd June to 9th June 2018.

Lazy Sunday mornings

Visiting Dymocks in Sydney – love the vibe of the bookstore

Seeing how far a client has come in therapy

Watching an interesting debate on #MeToo on Tuesday evening as part of The Ethics Centre

Spending the rest of a cold and rainy Tuesday night on the couch watching Westworld

Snuggles to help with the cold winters

Having time to share coffee and breakfast on Wednesday morning before work

Writing poetry and flash fiction this week

My sister checking in on me

A quiet Saturday night in after a change in plans but one that worked out perfectly

It’s been a slightly full on week at work but I still have a lot to be grateful for. The rain, for the most part, hasn’t helped and I’m really not liking the cold, but I like that I have someone I can snuggle with on some of the cold nights. And of course, the cats love to curl up too.

How was your week?

Do share!

I loved the pictures you shared on Insta! You must have had such a fabulous time. Isn’t that doggie the cutest? I’m sure those warm cuddles are the best.

Hopefully the cold doesn’t bother you much, Sanch. Have a great week ahead.

Good to have your pets to snuggle up with. What would we ever do without these darlings!
My week was fine. Better than the past few weeks. Life is getting back to normal, slowly and steadily, touch wood. And, I am getting back to blogging–I look forward to it now!
Times change, don’t they? Good for us! ๐Ÿ™‚
