A new home for #FridayReflections

Welcome to the new home of Friday Reflections! Corinne from Write Tribe and I will be hosting this weekly link up together starting this Friday. A huge thank you to Janine and Mac for kicking it off and going strong for a year. They have now passed the baton on to us.

If you are new to Friday Reflections, here’s what it’s about: It’s the end of the week, you’re probably exhausted with work, and all you want to do is sit back, put your feet up, sip on some fancy cocktail or wine, and write away.

We give you writing prompts and all you have to do is choose any one of those prompts to blog about and link up between Friday and Monday. After you link up, be sure to spread the love by visiting other bloggers who have linked up too. And feel free to add our Friday Reflections badge to your post or sidebar by copying the code below the badge from either mine or Write Tribe’s sidebar.

Here are the prompts for 15th April 2016:

  1. If you could be any superhero, who would you be and why?
  2. Tell us about a difficult decision you have had to make.
  3. Describe the most amazing tourist destination you have ever been to. i.e. temple, church, forest, resort, etc.
  4. Write a 99 Love list. Here’s an example:
  5. Look back over the prompts from 2016 so far and write on what you haven’t written on yet. Some examples are Reflect upon the meaning of life, Share some travel pics and tell us what these mean to you, Give us your best tips on how to cheer yourself up, a book review, a free write, a poem, your ideal Sunday, or do you believe in love at first sight?

Prompts are also available a few days before Friday on our Facebook group.

From next week, the Friday reflections post will go up on Friday for you to link up. Due to Corinne and me living in different time zones {IST and AEST}, we will still try and open the linky early on Friday for our Aussie bloggers and also leaving enough time for our Indian bloggers. As for the rest of the world, well except for New Zealand, you are all behind Australian time zones anyway. 🙂

Thanks again Janine and Mac for passing this on to us. Hope the rest of you bloggers can continue to join in! So write away and add your links below:

Until next time,
