It’s been a bit of a busy week again {What else is new?} and I’m really looking forward to next week when I have my final classes for uni. This time, it’s for good. I can’t believe how quickly this 18 month course has gone by. Here’s looking back at 1o things that made me happy between 17th October and 23rd October 2015.
Getting a high distinction for my feature writing article. Very unexpected!
Getting praised during strength bootcamp session
Buying some stationery to start organising all my psych stuff and writing stuff
Buying a couple of notebooks because you can’t have too many
Listening to podcasts from last year by the Writers’ Centre. Interesting and funny!
Spending my train journey to uni on Wednesday just looking out the window
Smiling at a stranger on the train and having her smile back
Catching up with friends I haven’t seen in a while for curry night
Getting a rejection letter for a school job interview I’d been to. I learnt it’s not meant to be and it’s ok
Finishing watching Season 3 of Wentworth on DVD. Can’t believe I’ll have to wait a year for the next one
What made you happy this week?
Do share!!!
***Linking with Krysten and Lindsay for 10 things that made me happy, Alicia for Open Slather and Kirsty for I must confess***
Until next time,
Cheers!!!

Have a great week my friend; we’ll see you next week. Same time, same place.

I am a little shocked also that your uni course is coming to an end! Feels like yesterday that I was reading that you were starting! Congrats on all the hard work! I know how challenging it can be to study and work full time! go you!

26 October 2015 at 4:37 pmSo many things to be happy about, isn’t it? I really think I need to start doing something like this. So much of negativity around me and I need something like this to make me look at the bigger picture. Thanks for sharing, Sanch!

26 October 2015 at 9:59 pmCongrats on your HD! I like that you have some little things – like staring out the window on the train – on your happy list. This week, I am happy because even though Miss 18 had an accident at ice skating and can’t work, she is coming over to my house every day because it is “boring” at hers coz everybody is at work. Loving having her around 🙂

27 October 2015 at 10:59 pmI like this post idea Sanch – it’s another version of the gratitude journal and daily gratefuls. I’m happy I got through my first week all by myself here at home, even if I DID manage to flood my bathroom…

28 October 2015 at 6:05 pmCongrats on completing the course. Those food pictures are tempting and sometimes on a journey – I skip reading and just look out of the window. It’s fun 🙂 Great week!
