10 things that made me happy {Week 5}

It’s that time of the week again when I reflect on the things that made me happy for the week from 26th September 2015 to 2nd October 2015. This week was a bit better for my mood except for a couple of days. It might be because of more sleep than usual but I have been a bit more positive.

Spending an afternoon in a cafe at Newtown blogging, writing and drinking good coffee

The ricotta pancakes at that cafe

Watching Everest with friends at the Dendy

Buying a book from Better read than dead

Going to bed at 9 on Tuesday night

HappyWeek5

Mid-week impromptu date night at Cronulla RSL with Mr Imperfect {Check out our food!}

Playing Bingo and winning one full house

Starting a gratitude journal on the 1st of this month

Writing in a cafe at Cronulla on Friday

Learning I have lost 4 centimetres on my waist and 9 centimetres on my hips after my 12 week challenge

It’s been a relatively good week. Sure, I have experienced some crises in confidence but some good chats with one of the owners of my gym and Mr Imperfect have helped a bit. My sister’s advice on some things have been useful as well. Here’s hoping the next week has some more ups than downs.

How was your week?

Do share!

***Linking with Krysten and Lindsay for 10 things that made me happy***

Until next time,

Cheers!!!

    And you look happy – beautiful to see. My week was good but ended with a friend not happy with a post I wrote about friendships I have outgrown. Difficult conversation.

    Yay! Bingo. That brings back memories from when I was a kid going with my Gran. Those pancakes look SO good! Well done on the lost centimetres! I think when Summer goes to kindy next year, I may have to give myself a regular treat at a café to read or write, and probably take some photos x
