The amazing Kiama Coast Walk

On Sunday, a group of us walked the coastal track down the south coast called the Kiama Coast Walk which goes from Minnamurra to Gerringong via Kiama.  It is an incredible walk of 22 kilometres {not counting the road at the end to Gerringong station — that makes it 25 kilometres} across road, rocks, sand and grassy headlands. All with the view of the coast. To say it was spectacular is an understatement. It was a hike filled with sunshine, laughter, a swim, good food, great company, brilliant views and of course, a beer at the end. Here are some photos to help you get an idea:

I have previously been to Kiama a couple of times but I’ve never actually done the entire coast walk so this was a wonderful opportunity. Sure, it was a long day. But at the end of it all, worth every moment.
