More than a week ago during the ProBlogger event and a little while after, my mind was bubbling with a zillion ideas and my fingers were itching to give birth to those thoughts on this very page. Sadly, something seems to have happened. I’m not sure what.
It’s not writer’s block. Because trust me, I have ideas. A whole page-load of them. And then some.
It’s not about time because I don’t have any after-work social commitments this week. {Which is good as I needed to catch up on sleep from the last 2 weeks!}
It’s not about lack of passion because there are so many things I want to say, shout and scream out loud.
It’s not that I have lost interest in blogging. Because I open this page up every day and start a post.
I just don’t finish any.
And that’s where I’m stuck.
I know I should just bite the bullet and write something. Anything. To give it a go. Hit that publish button and send the post out into there for all to see.
Maybe it’s just that. Just get started with something.
I just think it’s a bit ironic that it occurred just after the ProBlogger event.
Did anyone say perfectionist? 😛

But maybe a little plan for post ideas for the next week or so will get you going – always helps me.
But like you, I too start, then get distracted, then procrastinate. Although just pushing through this helps – and is so rewarding when something is finished!
Love the new pic in the top corner – first thing I noticed! We can see you! Good work on the big reveal!

I think I only have topics but nothing else under them. Thanks for that tip! Haha…and thanks re the picture. Yes, post-Problogger influence. I decided it was time to have a face to the personal nature of the blog. Pseudonym will stay because of my work but at least this way, readers have a face to related the stories to. 🙂
