Happy Birthday…

…darling Buttons!

My other bub has turned one. And now joins Pebbles as an adult. True, I’ve only had him for 8 months but it feels like a lifetime. I still remember how I thought I might have to give him away after Pebbles didn’t take to him. And I’m so glad that it didn’t end up that way.

What would I have done without the night time cuddles?

Or for that matter, the day time cuddles and the cuddles when I’m on the toilet?

How would I have gone without the nuzzling on my face? Or the head-butts.

Who would I have called Mr Tubby?

And whose tummy would I have rubbed every day?

Both my bubs are so special in their own ways. Buttons has become so affectionate in the last few months…it’s incredible. And to be honest, I don’t think Pebbles would do without him. I have two shadows around the house instead of one. And I have two knocks on the toilet door instead of one. I have two gorgeous bubs waiting to greet me at the door as I get home. With loud purrs.

So anyway, happy birthday my dear baby boy!
